Hello, and thank you for finding your way here.
The Pelican Atelier is a small, independent publisher built for quiet hours and curious minds. We make books across a lot of moods, because readers contain a lot of moods — cozy mysteries and slow-burn romance for the evenings you want to disappear into a story, adult and large-print coloring books for the ten minutes your shoulders finally drop, puzzles for restless thinkers, and honest, jargon-free guides to the parts of life nobody warned us about.
We don’t chase trends so much as feelings. Every title starts the same way: with something we wanted on the page and couldn’t quite find. A warmer ending. A sharper puzzle. A braver conversation. We write it, shape it with care, and send it out hoping it lands in the hands of someone who needed exactly that, on exactly that kind of day.
A pelican is a patient bird — watchful, unhurried, at home between water and sky. It felt like the right companion for a press built on stillness and small wonders.
This website is our front porch. Browse our full Amazon catalog of more than 200 titles, follow a series from the beginning, or simply wander by mood until something catches your eye. When a book calls to you, we’ll point you straight to Amazon, so you can read it in whatever format and region suits you best — Kindle, paperback, or hardcover.
And if you’re a writer yourself, there’s a shelf here for you too. We read a small number of submissions from independent authors whose work fits ours, and we offer translation, editing, and cover design for those building a book of their own.
However you arrived, we’re glad you’re here. Take your time, look around, and we hope something finds you.
